Khalid Majid is the CEO and Founding Partner of KMR Chartered Accountants, providing a range of audit, assurance and advisory services to host of international and local clients for over 42 years.

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of ICAEW (UK); ICAP (Pakistan) and the Institute of Taxation of Pakistan (ITP). His professional competence is widely appreciated both in the country as well as abroad with high esteem. He is an expert in Tax assessments and representations in tax appeals and has advised numerous clients in Telecom, energy, power, oil & gas and other sectors. He was part of the team that revised the Income Tax Ordinance 1979 to come up with Income Tax Ordinance 2001 (the present law) and also the team that revised the Companies Ordinance 1984 to come up with Companies Act 2017 (the present law).

He was also appointed several times by Federal Board of Revenue as Chairman of Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee

Ayla Majid

Ayla handles the advisory portfolio of the firm including advising many international and local clients on projects including financial matters, strategic business planning; M&A, infrastructure development, and E&P advisory. Ayla is also well versed with GCC VAT. Ayla holds MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences, LLB – University of London and ACCA (UK). She was appointed by the Ministry of Finance Government of Pakistan to draft the Code of Governance for Public Sector entities in 2013; 

Ayla was honored by the World Economic Forum as Young Global Leader 2015. She is also an elected member of the International Council of ACCA. 

Ayla currently sits on the boards of ISE REIT Management Company Limited, and Islamabad Electric Supply Company. She is also an elected member of the International Council of ACCA and the only Pakistani to hold this position.

Munizeh Majid is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK) and holds a double major in Bachelors in Business and Information Technology from Curtin University, Australia.

Ms. Majid is a registered member of the ICM (Institute of Capital Markets) and holds Fundamentals of Capital Markets Certification, Stock Brokers Certification and Pakistan's Market Regulations Certification from ICM. She provides clients and management with updated and relevant information regarding stock market analytics for sound decision making as well as educates clients about trades risk and suitable investment prospects. She has up to date knowledge of market developments, new investment products and all other areas that can affect the market. She has more than a decade experience of capital markets. Arslan Sajjad Khan

Arslan Sajjad Khan, ACA has been the Assistant Manager in KMR Chartered Accountants since October 2018. In a current role, he is responsible to conduct audit and assurance services, take part in carrying out taxation assignment. Apart from operations he also conducts training sessions for capacity development of staff.

Arslan Sajjad Khan has diversified work experience spanning over 4 years in the field of auditing and accounting. He was previously engaged with A. F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants (a member firm of PwC) in an associate role and participated in the audits of large sized entities. He has also participated in various training workshops, seminars and courses on ISAs, IFRSs and taxation.

Arslan Sajjad Khan is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
